Laurence Coustry is a seasoned professional in the recruitment and human resources sector, currently serving as a Conseillère entreprise at Le Forem since September 2024. Previously, Laurence held various managerial roles at Synergie Belgium from March 2021 to September 2024, including Branch Manager for the Retail/Industrie/Careers departments and was responsible for client relations, financial management, and recruitment. Prior to that, Laurence worked at The Adecco Group as an Internal Recruiting Account Manager from May 2017 to December 2020, focusing on filling vacant positions. With extensive experience dating back to 1998 at Adecco, Laurence progressed from Recruitment Consultant to Senior Consultant, overseeing diverse recruitment needs. Laurence holds a Master’s degree in Études slaves from ULB, completed in 1997.
