Ozair Cavalcante has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Chefe de ensino at Le Cordon Bleu since January 2022. In addition, Ozair has held multiple roles at Le Cordon Bleu Brasil since November 2019, including Sous chef and Padeiro. Prior to this, Ozair worked as Padeiro at Hotel Emiliano from May 2017 to November 2019, showcasing a strong background in pastry and teaching within prestigious culinary institutions.
