Jose Arellano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the coffee and wine industries in Peru. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Escuela Peruana de Baristas y Tostadores de Café since 2011, Jose has dedicated efforts to training baristas and promoting coffee consumption in Peru. Jose has also held various academic positions, including Specialist in Wines and Liquors at Instituto San Ignacio de Loyola and Coordinator at ISIL Aprende Haciendo, contributing to the development of curricula in gastronomy and hospitality. Additionally, Jose worked as a Senior Corporate Account Manager at NBN Importadores, Brand Ambassador at Zimmermann Embutidos, and held managerial positions at Master Wine Peru SAC and Viña Ocucaje S.A., focusing on wine importation and strategic consulting. Jose received a degree in Wine Marketing from the University of California, Davis.
