Erika Arnold is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Currently serving as Community Manager at LCOR, INC since August 2022, Erika has previously held multiple property management roles, including Property Manager at Bozzuto and The Donaldson Group, where responsibilities included managing operations and team leadership. Erika’s career started as a Leasing Consultant at Williams Residential, advancing through various positions such as Leasing Agent and Assistant Property Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, an Associate's degree in Medical/Clinical Assistant from Centura College, and an ARM certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management obtained in 2019.
