Barb Hale currently serves as the AVP/Mortgage Loan Officer at LCNB National Bank since November 2023 and is a Notary Public for the State of Ohio since September 2002. Previously, Barb held the position of AVP/Senior Mortgage Consultant at Cincinnati Federal from January 2020 to October 2023. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Mortgage Consultant at Peoples Bank, as well as various Mortgage Consultant roles at American Savings Bank - Cincinnati, Warsaw Federal Savings & Loan, CenterBank, Franklin Savings, Keynote Equity LLC, and Agents & Builders Mortgage Co. Inc. Barb Hale earned a BSBA in Marketing from Bowling Green State University and an AAB in Business from Lakeland Community College.
