Erich Faulstich has extensive experience in various fields, currently serving as a Gift Planning Counselor at The LCMS Foundation since September 2020, where responsibilities include assisting individuals in creating estate plans to benefit their families and ministries. Prior to this role, Erich was the Owner of Treebrook Properties from January 2006 to January 2021, managing and renovating 22 rental properties. Erich also served as Principal at House to Home Inspections from January 2014 to September 2020, overseeing all aspects of a home inspection service. Earlier experience includes project management at Roeser Construction from March 2000 to January 2006 and resident engineering at Anheuser-Busch from March 1986 to March 2000, managing teams and facilitating repairs to meet production demands. Erich completed a journeyman certificate from Carpenters Apprenticeship School in St. Louis, MO, from 2000 to 2003 and pursued studies at the University of Missouri, Columbia.
