Elisabeth Faulkner

Epic IT System Analyst - Willow at LCMC Health

Elisabeth Faulkner has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Elisabeth is currently working as an Epic IT System Analyst - Willow at LCMC Health. Prior to this, they served as the Chief of Staff at Willa Jean, where they assisted a James Beard award-winning chef and owner in daily operations, including communication, food costing, event planning, and social media management. Elisabeth also played a key role in establishing a partnership with Goldbelly for nationwide shipping of baked goods, generating over $110,000 in revenue within the first 1.5 years. Elisabeth also worked as a Restaurant Manager and Barista/Host at Willa Jean.

Before joining BRG Hospitality, Elisabeth gained valuable experience at Tulane University. Elisabeth held positions such as Senior Resident Adviser, where they supervised a staff of thirteen resident advisers, managed weekly staff meetings, and provided support to residents. Elisabeth also served as a Resident Adviser and Desk Services Coordinator, ensuring the safety of up to 60 students each semester, organizing programs, and being certified in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training. Elisabeth also worked as a Conference Services Coordinator, overseeing summer housing arrangements for visiting conference groups and managing a team of desk service coordinators.

Additionally, Elisabeth had a Product Design Internship at PortaVision Medical, where they redesigned a portable X-ray device for use in neo-natal care and developed a power assist system to make it easier for hospital nurses to mobilize the device.

Elisabeth Faulkner attended Tulane University from 2012 to 2016, where they studied Engineering Physics. In 2016, they also briefly attended Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business, with a focus on Business Management. In addition to their education, they obtained several certifications from Epic, including Data Courier Administrator in July 2023, Healthy Planet Analytics and Clinical Build in May 2022, and Willow Inpatient in July 2021.
