Don Zimmerman

Don Zimmerman has over 30 years of experience in the field of human resources and payroll management. Don began their career in 1991 at First Commerce Corporation, where they held the position of AVP/Manager of Payroll & Benefits. Don then worked at Whitney National Bank as a Payroll Manager from 1998 to 2001. From 2001 to 2007, they served as a Payroll Benefits Manager at Loyola University New Orleans. Following this, they joined Touro Infirmary as the Director of Employee Relations and Benefits from 2007 to 2015. Since 2015, Don has been working at LCMC Health, where they initially held the position of Director of System HR Operations and is currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of System Human Resources Operations.
