Kevin Damon has over 20 years of experience in facilities management and construction. Currently serving as the Facilities Manager at LCBC Church since August 2004, Kevin oversees maintenance and projects across more than 15 campuses and is involved in new construction initiatives. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Central Facilities Supervisor, managing facility and maintenance operations for 15 campuses. Earlier in Kevin's career, experience as a Laborer at B&C Masonry included working as part of a home building construction crew and masonry team. Additionally, Kevin owned and operated V & S Sandwiches from August 1999 to March 2003, managing daily operations and overseeing up to 20 employees.
