Lidia Ayala BS, CDP is a seasoned professional in senior living and dementia care, currently serving as Senior Executive Director at LCB Senior Living, LLC since January 2022. With extensive experience in executive roles, Lidia has a history of ensuring dignified and respectful care for residents, previously holding positions such as Executive Director and Resident Services Director at Benchmark Senior Living from June 2010 to December 2021. As an active volunteer with the Alzheimer's Association® since November 2008, Lidia is committed to enhancing the lives of those with memory impairments. Prior roles include Senior Harbor Care Director and Harbor Care Director, demonstrating a strong focus on providing high-level support for residents with dementia. Lidia's foundational experience in mental health includes serving as Assistant Art Therapist/Psychiatric Technician at Saint Joseph's Medical Center/St. Vincent's Hospital from January 1998 to May 2006. Lidia holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from Concordia College-New York, earned between 2001 and 2005.
