Mickayla Murray has accumulated a diverse range of work experience in the financial industry. Mickayla started their career in 2012 at Grupo Santander as a Complaints Trainer, where they remained until 2015. Following this, Mickayla joined first direct as a Customer Service Assistant and later transitioned to the role of Mortgage Sales Associate. In 2018, they moved to HSBC and worked as a Mortgage Advisor for over two years. Most recently, Mickayla has been employed at London & Country Mortgages, starting as a Mortgage Broker and transitioning to the role of Training and Compliance. These experiences have allowed Mickayla to develop a strong understanding of the mortgage industry and build expertise in customer service, training, and compliance.
Mickayla Murray obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Stirling, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they hold several certifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute, including the RO5 certification obtained in February 2021, the CF6 Mortgage Advice certification obtained in May 2017, and the Cf1 UK Financial services, regulation and ethics certification obtained in January 2017.
