James Lambert is an experienced professional in the wine industry, currently serving as Managing Director of LBW Drinks Ltd. since January 2016 and as Director at Lyme Bay Winery Limited since July 2015. Previously, James held roles as General Manager and Winery Manager at The Lyme Bay Winery Ltd. from July 2006 to July 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing winemaking, production, and export initiatives for English wines. Prior experience includes serving as Wine Manager at Broadland Wineries Ltd., where James introduced quality-led practices, and as Product Development Manager, collaborating with customers on new alcoholic beverage concepts. James began the career as a Laboratory Technician, acquiring essential wine science skills. Academic credentials include a BSc in Psychology from the University of Reading and WSET qualifications.
