Caroline Desclaux has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Head of Sales at LBP AM since November 2020. Prior roles include Head of Development and Institutional Director at Tocqueville Finance from December 2017 to March 2024, and Business Development Manager at METROPOLE Gestion between September 2015 and July 2017. Caroline also worked at Merrill Lynch from 2007 to August 2015 as a Sales Specialist in Alternative Investment and Mutual Funds for Continental Europe, focusing on the distribution and technical support for investment products. Earlier positions include Head of Development at Finance Selection from May 2005 to July 2007 and Wealth Structurer at Financière Meeschaert from January 2002 to January 2005. Caroline holds a Master’s Degree in International Wealth Management from ESCP Business School and a degree from KEDGE Business School.
