Vincent Patel has served as the Vice President of Customer Experience at LBMX since March 2012, where dynamic leadership of 15 staff members across five North American support and implementation departments has been provided to establish a scalable business. Vincent Patel has successfully integrated Salesforce for enhanced visibility into customer projects for the sales team and has previously held roles including Director of Data Integration and Operations, EDI Operations Manager, and Senior EDI Analyst - Team Lead. Prior experience also includes a position as an MIS Analyst at Citi from 2009 to 2011. Vincent Patel's education was completed at Western University.
