Lies Boone currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors and Vice President at LBK since July 2021, while also holding a Board Member position. Prior experience includes working as a waitress at BAVET from December 2021 to December 2023 and at Bon Appétit from July 2017 to December 2023, as well as a brief role at Cocktail Bar & Bistro Old Steamer in July 2022. Lies Boone is pursuing a Master’s degree at KU Leuven, having previously obtained a Bachelor’s degree from the same institution. Academic pursuits at KU Leuven span from September 2019 to June 2025.
