William Santos has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as a General Engineer at the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration since May 2015. Prior to this role, William held the position of Engineering Manager at LB&B Associates Inc. since May 2008. William's career includes a notable tenure as a Senior Engineer in the Generation Services Department at Constellation Energy from May 2004 to May 2008, where responsibilities included managing personnel to enhance plant efficiency, availability, and safety. Additionally, William worked as a Senior Engineer/Project Manager at GP Strategies Corporation and served in the US Navy as an Electrician's Mate Second Class, specializing in nuclear systems operation. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
