Laura Allen

Corporate Manager of eCommerce at LBA Hospitality

As the youngest of five children, Laura learned early on the importance of hard work, lifelong learning and continuously striving for improvement. It is a valuable life lesson she applies every day as Corporate Manager of eCommerce, working to find new ways to help LBA properties build awareness, drive customer loyalty and increase online revenue.

Prior to entering the hospitality industry, Laura spent seven years as the Director of Marketing for a multimillion-dollar eCommerce retailer. She made the transition into hospitality as eCommerce Manager for O’Reilly Hospitality, where she spent nearly two years overseeing all aspects of digital sales and marketing for their portfolio of hotels, restaurants and retail locations.

Laura joined the LBA team in 2019 and is responsible for developing, driving and monitoring digital marketing strategies across a growing portfolio of Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Hyatt branded hotels. She supports overall hotel strategies by optimizing their digital presence to generate revenue and increase brand awareness. An expert in the hotel digital marketing space, Laura is a Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer (CHDM).

Aside from keeping a pulse on the ever-changing hotel market, Laura has a huge heart for children and understands the importance of giving back. She regularly volunteers her time and talents to various local organizations as an active member of the Junior League of Springfield, as well as her local church’s children’s ministry. Laura shares a busy, blessed life with her husband and their two young sons spending summers on Table Rock Lake, traveling to places they’ve never been, watching St. Louis Cardinals baseball and cruising to classic car shows in their bright-orange, 1932 Ford Roadster convertible!
