Royal Clayton serves as the Regional Director - West at Lazer Logistics since January 2022. Prior to this role, Royal Clayton worked at UPS from October 2006 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing center operations, improving performance, ensuring health and safety compliance, and developing team members. Royal Clayton also held positions such as Integrad Facilitator for corporate training, overseeing training programs, and On Road Supervisor, managing customer service and loss prevention teams while supervising a team of 72 drivers. Before joining UPS, Royal Clayton had a career in professional baseball from January 1987 to October 2005 as a pitcher and pitching coach for various organizations, including the Arizona Diamondbacks and Kansas City Royals. Royal Clayton earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University between 1983 and 1987.
