Lorenzo Ruggeri is an experienced finance professional specializing in M&A advisory within the investment banking sector. Currently serving as a Director at Lazard since July 2016, Lorenzo has also held the positions of Vice President and Associate during their tenure there. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at HSBC from July 2013 to June 2016, where Lorenzo focused on similar M&A advisory roles. Initial experience in the field was gained as an Analyst and Intern, with early training at EQUITA SIM. Lorenzo holds a Master of Science in Finance from Maastricht University and a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, complemented by an exchange program in International Finance at Åbo Akademi University.
