Dimas Sayyid Mahfuzh is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, learning and development, and organizational development. Currently serving as Head of HR Business Partner at Lazada since June 2020, Dimas has previously held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Organization Development & Talent Management and Head of Learning and Development. Prior experience includes positions at GO-JEK, where Dimas led onboarding initiatives and developed leadership programs, and Pacific Place Jakarta, focusing on recruitment and HR strategy. Dimas began the career as a recruitment intern at PT. Ericsson Indonesia and has a strong foundation in psychology, holding a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
