Dasha Maltseva's work experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at York University since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Laytrip as an Operations Manager, where they managed the customer service department and suggested product improvements. Dasha also worked as a Product Manager, serving as a liaison between the executive team and developers to redesign and launch the company's admin panel.

In 2020, Dasha worked at Livshows as a Business Analyst, conducting market research, developing revenue projections, and creating business pitches for investors. Before that, they served as the Project Development Director at Enactus York from 2019 to 2020.

Dasha Maltseva's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Technology from York University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2022. Dasha later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Information Systems and Technology at the same university from 2022 to 2024.

In addition to their degrees, Dasha has also obtained several certifications. In August 2020, they completed the "Data Science Methodology" and "Tools for Data Science" courses through Coursera. In July 2020, they finished the "AI Accountability Essential Training" program offered by LinkedIn. Moreover, they obtained the "TCPS 2: CORE 2022 - Research Ethics" certification from the Government of Canada in October 2022. Lastly, in January 2023, they completed the "IBM Process Mining Project Journey" certification from IBM.
