Duan Bailey is an experienced software developer and technical interviewer currently working at LayerZero Labs since May 2024. Previously, Duan held key positions at Shinydocs, serving as Software Development Team Lead and Senior Software Developer from November 2019 to March 2024. Prior to that, Duan contributed to Northern Digital Inc. as an Application Software Developer, where notable work included enhancing video camera alignment through algorithm implementation. Duan's foundational experience was gained at Research In Motion, where a lengthy tenure from May 2001 to March 2018 involved various software development roles. Duan holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, completed in 2002.
