Naochika Hanamura is currently the VP of Enterprise at LayerX, where Naochika led the start of Bakuraku enterprise division and managed various functions within the department. Prior to that, Naochika was a Product Manager and Software Engineer, contributing to the launch of Bakuraku SaaS. Hanamura has also worked as a Freelance Software Engineer, Head of Blockchain at catabira Inc., and in Research & Development at Deloitte. With a Bachelor's degree in Human Science from Osaka University and a Master's degree in Information Science from Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Naochika has a strong background in software engineering and technical consulting. At Future Architect, Inc. Japan, Naochika developed SFA systems for the Food Industry and led development teams.
