Amanda Magda is an experienced legal professional specializing in claims and litigation. Currently serving as Claims Counsel at LAWPRO since April 2023, Amanda previously held the role of Claims Legal Senior Counsel at Desjardins from April 2016 to April 2023, where oversight included managing bodily injury and property litigation as a Claims Legal Manager from April 2016 to September 2020. Prior to these roles, Amanda worked as an Intermediate Legal Counsel at Desjardins from April 2004 to April 2015 and began a legal career as a Litigation Lawyer at Thoman Soule Gage from October 2002 to April 2004. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Windsor Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in American History from McGill University.
