Phillip Hayes has been practicing law since 1999, having received a Juris Doctorate from SMU Dedman School of Law. Currently serving as an Attorney at the Law Office of Phillip Hayes since July 2004, Phillip is also an Official Member of Lawyers of Distinction since December 2021, and holds board certification from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since July 2010. Prior to these roles, Phillip served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Dallas County District Attorney's Office from December 1999 to July 2004. Additionally, Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Psychology from Texas A&M University, awarded in 1996.
