Amy Ritz is a seasoned tax professional serving as a Managing Director at Ernst & Young LLP since June 1998, specializing in Transaction Tax and advising clients on tax attribute utilization. In addition to this role, Amy has been an Official Member of Lawyers of Distinction since August 2019. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Amy worked as a Senior at Coopers & Lybrand LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions from June 1994 to May 1998. Amy holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Georgetown University Law Center, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Business Law from Penn State University.
