Porter Braswell is a Managing Director at True Search and the founder of Jodie, a next-generation Human Capital Management ecosystem. Formerly the Chairman and CEO of Jopwell, the largest diversity recruitment platform in the U.S., Porter led the company until its acquisition by True in 2023. Recognized as a thought leader in the human capital space, Porter hosts Harvard Business Review’s podcast Race at Work and authored the book *Let Them See You* with Penguin Random House. A Yale University alumnus, Porter has served on various boards, including The Lawrenceville School and DREAM Charter School.
