She also developed an institutional marketing communications plan, chaired the cross-departmental Marketing Task Force, and served on the School’s Strategic Plan 2020-25 Steering Committee.
Previously, Welsh was Director of Marketing and Communications at The Baldwin School in Bryn Mawr, Pa. She began her career at a marketing public relations agency in Atlanta, where she specialized in crisis communications and strategic communications planning.
