Norman Plant is the Manager of Instructional & Graphics Support at Lawrence Technological University. Norman has over 10 years of experience in video editing and sound design. Prior to their current position, they were the Technical Director / Video Editor for the Detroit Department of Health and Wellness Promotion (DHWP/BSAPTR). In this role, they worked with the City of Detroit to reduce violence in Southeastern Michigan. Norman also previously worked as a sound technician for New Breakthrough Church International and as a coordinator for media services at Lawrence Technological University.

Norman Plant attended Lawrence Technological University, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architectural Illustration. Norman also holds a certificate of completion from Extron Electronics in the School of Configurable Control Systems for Higher Education. Norman is a member of AVIXA and holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Lawrence Technological University. Norman is also certified by Audinate in Dante Certification Level 1.
