Lydia Michael is an experienced professional in academia and business, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Lawrence Technological University. As an author with Kogan Page and a speaker with Blended Collective, Lydia engages in knowledge sharing and thought leadership. Lydia is also the Founder and Owner of a venture and holds significant governance roles as a member and Ex Officio member of the Board of Trustees for the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, in addition to chairing the NextGen Volunteer Leadership Committee. Lydia has a strong background in marketing, evidenced by an MBA in International Management from Pforzheim University and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management from Wayne State University - Mike Ilitch School of Business.
