Paula Duarte is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in executive and corporate communications across various industries. Currently serving as Executive and Program Communications for the Weapon Physics and Design Program at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Paula also works as a Wine Consultant for Flow Wine Group. Previous roles include significant positions at Intel Corporation, McAfee, Agilent Technologies, and Genomic Health, where Paula developed and implemented internal and external communications strategies. Additionally, Paula has a strong foundation in public affairs and legislative work, having served as a Legislative Aide for the County of San Mateo and held positions in community outreach during political campaigns. Paula holds a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from San Jose State University.
