Ben Baczala is a seasoned professional in HR transformation with extensive experience in recruitment and consultancy. Currently serving as Divisional Manager and Principal Consultant at Lawrence Harvey since November 2016, Ben has played a pivotal role in delivering HR transformation contracts in response to evolving business technologies. Prior to this, Ben held the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant at LHi Group Ltd. from January to December 2018. Ben's educational background includes a degree in Sports Coaching from Solent University and attendance at Lytchett Minster School.
