Daniel Koch has extensive experience in customer service and sales, currently working at Lawrence & Hanson since February 2017 in roles focused on internal sales and customer service. Prior positions include a sales/storeman role at L&H Electrical and a trainee software tester and program content manager at Safe Worlds TV, where responsibilities involved user acceptance testing and managing video content.
