Matthias Kapteyn is an experienced creative professional with a diverse background in design and marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Design (ad interim) at lawpilots since October 2024, Matthias leads various initiatives spanning marketing, content, design, and project management. Prior experience includes a notable tenure as Creative Director at thjnk from August 2012 to October 2024, where Matthias specialized in innovative, cross-platform campaigns, creative project leadership, and strategic planning. Additional roles include Senior Art Director and Art Director positions at Kempertrautmann and Heimat Werbeagentur GmbH, with foundational experience at DDB Germany. Matthias holds a degree in Communication Design from Berliner Technische Kunstschule and has studied at Justus Liebig University Giessen and Universität der Künste Berlin.
