Jamie Smith is a J.D. candidate at New York University School of Law, expected to graduate in 2025. Currently serving as the Research Chair at Law Students for Climate Accountability, Jamie has held various legal positions, including Summer Law Clerk at Sher Edling LLP and Judicial Intern at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Additional relevant experience includes roles as Research Assistant at Net Zero Lawyers Alliance and Land Use and Conservation Intern at the California Attorney General's office. Jamie's earlier positions include Legal Assistant Supervisor at United Community Housing Coalition, Assistant Canvass Director at Grassroots Campaigns, and Survivor Advocate Intern at Kentucky Refugee Ministries. Jamie earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Brown University in 2020.
