Rania Dimashkieh is an experienced training and development professional with a strong background in brand training management and employee development. Currently serving as the Regional Brand Training Manager at Lavoya Restaurants Group since September 2022, Rania focuses on creating and implementing brand training programs that support organizational goals. Previous roles include Training Manager at a confidential company, where responsibilities encompassed evaluating employee performance, identifying training needs, and preparing comprehensive training courses. Rania also gained valuable experience as an International Trainer with Alshaya Group, facilitating training for new store openings across multiple locations, and as a Training Coordinator at McDonald's, where training program development and implementation were critical. Rania holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Beirut Arab University.
