Tadas Trunca, MSc, MBA, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Product Management for Nucleic Acids and Nanomedicine at Cytiva, where responsibilities include leading the global product management organization for mRNA and lipid nanoparticles. In addition to this role, Tadas is a board member at Lavango, focusing on strategic planning and sustainable growth. Tadas' prior experience at Thermo Fisher Scientific involved multiple senior management positions, overseeing product portfolios in nucleic acid therapeutics, molecular diagnostics, and gene synthesis while actively leading teams and managing executive communications. Tadas holds an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Master of Science in Innovation and Technology Management from ISM University of Management and Economics.
