Ilana Refael is currently working as the Chief Executive Officer at Mediator since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ilana served as a Customer relations Project manager at Lavaa. Ilana obtained a BSc in Life sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in June 2006.
