Satya Tanner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position is as the Director and CEO of Australia at LAUTEC Group, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Leadership Development Consultant at Satya Tanner Consulting since January 2020. They have also served as a Senior Scope and Integration Manager at Ørsted from January 2019 to June 2022. Other notable roles include Senior Project Manager at Cool Sorption, Senior Leadership Development Consultant at Global Mindset, Head of Department at Siemens Gamesa, Program Manager at Pacific Scientific EMC, and Airworthiness Manager at Royal Australian Air Force. In addition, they had a self-employed consulting venture and took a volunteer sabbatical to study sustainable socio-economics and leadership.

Satya Tanner obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Aeronautical from UNSW and completed a Graduate degree in Military Officer from the Australian Defence Force Academy in 1996-1999.
