Margaux Falala has extensive experience in digital project management and communication within the champagne industry. Currently serving as Chef de Projet Digital et Evénementiel at Champagne Laurent-Perrier, Margaux has implemented a comprehensive digital strategy and coordinated efforts across multiple international subsidiaries. Previous roles include Chargée de Communication, focusing on public relations, as well as Assistant Communication Digitale for Champagnes Piper-Heidsieck & Charles Heidsieck. Additional experience encompasses positions as Community Manager and Guide Trilingue in various champagne houses, along with marketing and communication roles at Sogeti and Epsilon Global Com. Margaux holds dual master's degrees in Luxury Management from NEOMA Business School and MIP Politecnico di Milano, and a WSET Level 2 certification acquired in 2023.
