Amanda Erickson has a diverse work experience in the scouting industry. Amanda started their career at the Laurel Highlands Council, Boy Scouts of America in 2010 as a District Executive, and gradually progressed to the role of a Senior District Executive before becoming the Council Registrar. In 2018, they took on the position of Administrative Assistant in Support Services & Camping. Most recently, in 2023, Amanda joined Heritage Reservation as the Camp Director.
Amanda Erickson completed their education in a chronological order. Amanda obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geography: Emergency Management and GIS from PennWest California from 2004 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Disaster and Emergency Management from the American Public University System between 2010 and 2012. Amanda'slatest educational achievement is an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from Penn State University, which they completed between 2022 and 2024. Additionally, they hold a certification as an Accredited Registrar from the Boy Scouts of America.
