Laura Baker Services Association’s mission is to respect the life choices and dreams of people with developmental disabilities and help them reach their goals.

Miss Laura Baker founded her residential school in 1897, dedicated to the idea that people with disabilities could be educated and become productive members of society. 

Today, we are confident that Miss Baker would be thrilled by how her vision has transformed the lives of so many people: clients, their families and staff.

The Support Services team at Laura Baker Services Association is dedicated to providing personalized care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. This team includes professionals such as Direct Support Professionals and Behavior Analysts who develop and implement individualized treatment plans, foster meaningful relationships, and facilitate continuous learning and personal growth. They work collaboratively with clients and their families to ensure that each person's unique needs and aspirations are met, creating a nurturing environment that promotes independence and well-being.
