Ji Hye Park is a seasoned software developer at LaunchPad Lab since October 2020, with prior experience as a Software Engineering Teaching Fellow at Fullstack Academy, where mentorship and project oversight were key responsibilities. Ji Hye's background in human resources at Chicago Food Corporation involved managing employee records and supporting accounting functions, and experience at the National Eating Disorders Association included training volunteers for the Helpline. Ji Hye has also contributed to research with The Boston Consulting Group on digital wealth management strategies and supported therapeutic practices while working as a research assistant at the Center for Motivation & Change. Ji Hye holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia University, complemented by education at Phillips Exeter Academy.
