Ray Ives possesses extensive experience in financial management and operational leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Principal and Controller at Launch Agency since May 2018, Ray provides strategic financial and operational advice, implementing efficiencies that yield significant savings. Previously, as SVP and Finance Director at Spark Foundry, responsibilities included budget development, reporting, client billing oversight, and leading a major transition to SAP. Earlier roles included Chief Financial Officer at Bromley Communications, where Ray oversaw all financial operations and human resources, and Finance Director at DMB&B. Ray's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Southern California.
