Dilini De Silva currently serves as the Procurement Manager in the Supply Chain Division at LAUGFS Holdings, a position held since November 2021 following a promotion from Assistant Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Manager of Procurement at LAUGFS Holdings (Pvt) Ltd and as Assistant Manager - Procurement & Administration at LAUGFS Lubricants Ltd. Additionally, Dilini has a background as a Procurement Specialist and Executive at Durdans Hospital from 2017 to 2022. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and certifications in English and Accounting. Currently pursuing an Advance Diploma in Purchasing & Logistics Management from the Institute of Supply and Materials Management of Sri Lanka, set to complete in December 2024.
