Inga Aleinikova is an experienced product manager at Latvenergo AS since August 2018, focusing on the management of electricity and natural gas products across the Baltics. Previously, Inga held roles including project manager in the Household and Small Business Segment Management Unit, where responsibilities included product offerings such as electricity, insurance against energy risks, solar panels, and smart home goods. Inga's past experience encompasses leadership positions at ALSO A/S as Head of Sales & Customer Support Department, where team management and sales process implementation were key responsibilities, and EGlobal;Trade & Finance Group as Head of Customer Support, achieving significant increases in team performance. Inga also worked at STENDERS in various capacities, including Sales and Customer Relations Manager and Training Manager, contributing to product development and training initiatives. Inga's career began at Transcom as Training and Quality Manager, developing training programs for customer care and sales. Inga holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Latvijas Universitate.
