Brian Busby has extensive work experience as a software engineer. Brian is currently employed at Lattice as a Senior Software Engineer since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Rocket Insights from January 2019 to May 2022, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer and worked on multiple fast-paced projects utilizing various technologies such as TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, GraphQL, and AWS. Before Rocket Insights, Brian worked at BlueMetal Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer from January 2015 to December 2018. In this role, they developed projects in industries such as biotech, commerce, and finance, using technologies like Typescript, ReactJS, Redux, and NodeJS. Brian also gained experience in complex search functionality, socket-based messaging, and Azure CosmosDB. Prior to their software engineering roles, Brian worked at WGBH in various positions, including Unit Manager, Fundraising Projects Coordinator, and Staff Assistant, from 2006 to 2014.

Brian Busby holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northwestern University. In 2015, they obtained the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft. Brian also has additional certifications, including another MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification and an MCSA certification, details of which are not provided.
