Sreepada Hegade is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of machine learning and software development. Currently serving as Director of ML Software and Solutions at Lattice Semiconductor since December 2010, Sreepada also held the position of Sr. ML Software Dev Manager, focusing on hiring RTL developers with strong design backgrounds in DSP, image processing, or processors, including those without prior machine learning experience. Prior roles include MTS at Cswitch from April 2006 to December 2010, Senior Software Developer at Synplicity from March 2001 to April 2006, and Senior Software Engineer at SASKEN from March 1997 to March 2001. Sreepada Hegade holds a Master of Science in Engineering from San Jose State University (2005-2007) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bangalore University (1992-1996).
