Jayme Rubin, CHRP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in diverse HR roles, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Lattice Semiconductor since May 2022. In this position, Jayme is responsible for full-cycle recruitment for the Montreal office, coaching leadership on HR policies, and managing critical HR initiatives. Prior to Lattice, Jayme held various positions at Richter, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and training coordination.
