Beth Schwarting is a global technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles spanning several decades. They served as Vice President and General Director at Delphi from 1999 to 2015, where they focused on electronic controls and safety systems. Prior to that, they held positions at Eastman Kodak, including GM and VP, as well as Executive Director. Currently, they are a member of the Board of Directors at Lattice Semiconductor and chair the Nominating and Governance Committee. Beth is also pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
